I am starting a new website to make gluten-free food testing data available to consumers and other interested parties (www.glutenfreewatchdog.org). The site is now available for preview to allow everyone (dietitians, consumers, manufacturers, and other interested parties) to provide constructive feedback on all aspects of the site before it is finalized and officially debuted. Only 2 product reports are available during the preview period but many, many more will be added.
